About Flowers For All
Flowers For All is a micro-urban flower farm and floral design studio based in South Slope, Brooklyn, on the ancestral homeland of the Munsee Lenape people. My farm & practice is rooted in the beauty of nature, community-building, and ecological abundance.
I grow all my flowers out of my backyard in South Slope; for bigger events, I often supplement with foliage foraged ethically in and around New York, and with flowers from local farms in NY, PA, and NJ.
Flowers For All is committed to advancing anti-racism and queer liberation. I started this project inspired by the suffragette trade unionist slogan advocating for “bread for all, and roses too,” and set out on a mission to provide my neighbourhood with fresh, local flowers. You can find my pay-what-you-can flower stand in front of Roots Cafe in South Slope.
